Damir earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He holds a Performance Specialist Certification (XPS) from EXOS, a global leader in elite athletic training known for producing over 30+ first-round draft picks across the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
Damir has extensive experience working with athletes at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels, spanning a wide range of ages and skill sets. His decision to join the Sports Rehabilitation Center was driven by a desire to expand his clinical knowledge and collaborate with a talented team of sports physical therapists committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
With a strong foundation in both rehabilitation and performance training, Damir brings a unique skill set that supports athletes in reaching their full potential, both in recovery and athletic development. He serves as the co-director of baseball performance and Center for Prevention of Youth Sports Injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Damir is a passionate runner and hybrid athlete, regularly competing in events such as HYROX, half marathons, and 10Ks.
