Alexandra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and sports rehabilitation specialist with a passion for helping athletes recover, perform, and stay healthy. A former collegiate track and field athlete at Loyola University New Orleans, she was a four-year letterwinner and set multiple school records.

She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019 with high honors before completing a Sports Physical Therapy Residency with Ochsner Health in 2021. During her residency, she worked with collegiate athletes at the University of New Orleans, Loyola University, Xavier University, and Dillard University across baseball, basketball, and volleyball. These experiences allowed her to develop a well-rounded approach to treating athletes and deepened her understanding of the unique physical and performance demands of different sports.

Alexandra’s clinical interests include sports and orthopedic injuries, with a particular focus on the shoulder and knee, as well as injury prevention. Alexandra combines her clinical expertise with firsthand experience as an athlete to help patients return to their sport stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Outside of the clinic, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their daughter, Jaxon. She also loves dancing, discovering amazing food—especially seafood—and cheering on the New Orleans Saints. WHO DAT!
