Manisha Kapasi is the President and Owner of Meadows Physical Therapy and Hand Clinic since its inception in 2001. She started the clinic to provide individualized care to patients. In 2003, she opened a second branch in Lawrenceville. Manisha has a PhD in Anatomy and has over 30 years experience as a physical therapist in treating orthopedic and hand injuries. She is a certified hand therapist for the past 23years. She enjoys treating patients with tendinitis, arthritis and complex traumatic injuries of shoulder, elbow and hand. Manisha has worked with some of the leading hand surgeons in Atlanta. In 2009, Manisha obtained her certification in Dry Needling to treat myofascial pain. She incorporates splinting, kinesiotaping and myofascial release techniques to optimize best outcomes for patients pre and post surgery.
She has served as a guest lecturer at Emory University to teach the Doctor of Physical Therapy students about hand rehabilitation In. Manisha is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group.
Manisha enjoys spending time at home with her husband and daughter, antiquing and gardening.
